I haven't blogged for a while as you can tell. A lot has happened since I last blogged, so I will sum it up real quick.
We went to Vegas swimming at Aunt Cheri's pool. It was so much fun and I think we will have to go and visit a lot more this summer. Emmers and I need a good tan, they say the tanner you are the skinner you look, I need all the help I can get.
Our car was donated to the kidney foundation. Here is a picture of our car being hauled off. It was kind of sad to see it go but it is nice to have a little more space in the drive way.
On Valentines Tiffani, Kory, Dave and I went shooting and we had a great time. Tiff and Kory kick our butts in a shoot out. I am not so good at shooting targets and hitting them but I sure can pull the trigger real good. Poor Dave had to have me on his team!
Emmie got sick for a good long 2 weeks. She had a cold but a bad one. She had grouse eyes that were swollen and a runny nose and a bad cough. This is what she looked like on a good day. Don't you love the stuck eyelashes, they look real nice!
I went to Pine Valley about a month ago with my friends form high school. It was nice to get away and be with the girls and relax. Thanks Whit for the massage and Kate for the beautiful toes. It is nice to have good friends that you like to hang out with! Thanks for the great fun girls!
The weather has been so nice that Emmie loves to go out and play. She loves it outside but she likes someone out there with her all the time. She needs a sibling to play with so someone besides her mom will go out and play with her. Maybe when Julia gets older she can come and play!
We went camping last week during Daves spring break and it was so much fun. We never have been camping with just the 3 of us. We got to shoot Daves new gun that I got him for his birthday and Emmie loved to where the ear muff thing if that is what they are called.
We are putting a pond in our front yard. This is what it looks like now but I will show you the finishing project. It is going to look awesome!
Dave has been very busy and he planted us a garden. He planted grapes, blackberries, salad mix, peas, beans, and beats so far. He has alot more that he has planted in the green house at his school that he will be planting in our back yard soon. I am soooo excited to have a garden and have fresh veggies this summer.
We have been trying to get our food storage up, we just put together this food rotater shelf. It is awesome at least it will get us going and keep our food rotated.
Well that sums it up for what I can think of right now. I will do better at this blogging thing again. We are going to enjoy this summer I think!
